Our Process

It's not just what we can do, but how we do it that matters. We pride ourselves on this.

We work with the artist and tour planning team to the extent desired. We can either put on our creative problem-solving hat to bring life to what the stage designer has envisioned or start from scratch at the beginning of the planning process.

Once the plan is set, we go to work bringing the video elements together and fine-tuning them for the first show. Anyone who has actually been out on tour will tell you that the “tweaking” doesn’t end there. While on the tour, our staff must continually evaluate what needs improving and REALLY listen to feedback from the artist and tour management team. We take that information and make changes … with no attitudes.
